Currently, our kombucha is only available in Hyderabad. We ship within 1-2 days of receiving the order. Since our product needs to be continuously refrigerated, we only use last mile delivery partners. Due to which our shipping costs vary based on the pincode. Shipping costs are not charged when order value is above Rs. 1000. (This is a promotional offer)
refund & return policy
Due to our kombuchas being a product that can be contaminated, and the shipping and packaging requirements, we do not accept any returns or issue any refunds. If you do have any issues or problems with our kombucha, please contact us on info@hydrakombucha.com so we can address your complaint on a case-by-case basis.

cancellation policy
Since we currently only deliver within our home city - Hyderabad, our deliveries usually happen within 24 hours. Due to our immediate deliveries, we cannot accept cancellations unless made immediately post ordering. Please contact us on info@hydrakombucha.com for the same.
