At Hydra Kombucha, we take great care in crafting and delivering the freshest kombucha to you. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation.
